Kelsey J. Mills is still afraid of the dark. She is also afraid of spiders, the ocean and that sound from the other room.
Despite being a fraidey cat, Kelsey J. Mills has managed to become a successful aspiring author, winning honourable mention in the Writers of the Future contest and winning first prize in the 2015 In Places Between contest, in addition to her many publication credits. She writes dark and socially charged science fiction, fantasy and horror and poetry.
Kelsey is passionate about mental health, and her passion led her to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a minor in English). She hails from Regina, Saskatchewan where she lives with her parents and her beloved dog, Jazzy.
